Situated within the Newcastle East Heritage Conservation Area, the owner of this small mid-terrace house wanted to look at opportunities to maximise the floor area of the house without losing the rear courtyard space.

Soon to be under construction – this Serviced Apartment building will incorporate 16 mixed single and two bedroom holiday rental spaces overlooking Shoal Bay.

The scheme incorporates 18 Residential Units and Newcastle’s first multistorey car stacker system. To make the project work we amalgamated this site with the adjacent three storey brick building which accommodated 6 residential units at commencement.
